Tumbling Class Schedule

CheerWorks Sparks has now moved to pre-paid tumbling cards. Payment for classes will all be based on a pre-paid card. Your first visit you can pay for the one time class fee then later purchase the pre-paid card!

See front desk for our packages and see what is the best fit for you! We have packages C, W, and S. Each class on our schedule that pertains to each package will be listed!

**Please note the 1 hour classes with 1-2 athletes, the first 1/2 hour will be instruction and the second 1/2 hour will be open gym.

**Athletes may do an hour of open gym anytime as long as space permits.

PRIVATE LESSONS: All coaches and instructors offer private lessons.  If you are interested in private lessons, please inquire at the front desk for more information or call the gym after 4:30pm.

CHEERWORKS: Conditioning class with cheer moves.

CHEER 101: This class is a combination of all of our classes; jumps & motions, strength & flexibility, and tumbling.

BACK HANDSPRING CLASS: This class is all about the back handspring (standing & running). Drills and exercises used to get the perfect back handspring.

TUCK CLASS: Just what it's called! Tucks 101!

HIP HOP:
All Ages - Very kid friendly! Lessons perfectly suited for little dancers just starting out. Learning counts and basic moves while having fun! All levels of skill welcomed. Workout based on dancing. Perfect for parents while child is taking a class.

OPEN GYM: Provides athletes with the opportunity to perfect skills they already have.  A supervisor will be present, however they are not expected to spot or teach athletes new skills.  Athletes are expected to follow all safety rules of the gym.

TUMBLE BUGS
: This class is for athletes ages 1-5.  Athletes will be taught the fundamental skills necessary to progress in tumbling and cheerleading.
      
STUNT CLASS: This class is designed to teach proper stunting technique as well as build skills need to hit those stunts solid every time.

LEVEL 1 includes, but is not limited to:
Forward Roll, Cartwheel, Round-off, Backbend/ Backbend Kick-over, Front Walkover 
 
LEVEL 2 includes, but is not limited to:
Front Walk-over, Back Walk-over, Back Handspring, Back Handspring/Forward Roll, Round-off BHS 
 
LEVEL 3 includes, but is not limited to:
Back Handspring, Standing BHS series, Toe Touch/ BHS, Round-off Back Tuck, Front Tuck
 
LEVEL 4 includes, but is not limited to:
Standing BHS Series, Standing BHS into back tuck, Triple toe touch/BHS, Whip Series, Standing Back Tuck
 
LEVEL 5 includes, but is not limited to:
Standing Back Tuck, Standing Front Tuck, Standing Full, Double Layout Full, Whips Full Whip, Front Fulls, BHS Series into a Full

BEGINNERS
: Designed for athletes 6 years and older that do not have a back handspring or a round-off back handspring.  Basic tumbling/cheerleading skills will be taught with an emphasis on teaching the back handspring.
 
STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY: Individual and partner stretches will be done in this class.  There will be NO tumbling!  Flexibility class is great for fliers, athletes who want to fly, and athletes struggling with poor flexibility.
 
BOYS ONLY TUMBLING: This class is designed for BOYS ONLY; during this class boys will be learning basic tumbling skills with a male instructor.
 
MINI CLASSES: Require 3-5 athletes. Compared to an actual class this mini class receives more 1 on 1 time with the selected instructor.

GYM RENTALS: Sparks Ignite party supplies include: tables and chairs, 2 popcorn machines, a moon-bounce and a DJ!!
 
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: There are 3 different packages available! All include use of the gym for 2 hours, decorations, and good bags! For more information see the front desk.
